Booking & Cancellations
McCarren Tennis Center charges for all services at time of booking and operates on a strict 24 hr lesson, clinic and court rental cancellation policy.
Customers who cancel a court rental reservation or lesson/clinic outside of 24 hr window may be issued a credit towards future court use and/or applicable service offerings. Refunds may also be requested for court rentals and lessons/clinics outside of 24 hrs only.
No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellations made inside of 24 hrs including no shows.
No refunds will be given for junior enrollment programs.
Approved refunds will be issued in certified check form and are subject to a 7% processing fee.
To reserve indoor courts and/or book lessons & clinics, clients must create a McCarren Tennis Center account and place a valid CC on file. Information is stored securely through MINDBODY online.
Credit/debit cards transactions only. No cash. Checks are accepted as payment for indoor season junior programs and summer camps only.
Players may book rental courts up to 8 days in advance. Players purchasing seasonal court time may book ahead for entire indoor season. Lessons and clinics may be booked in advance without limitation.
Services expire a year from the date of purchase.
Please turn down cell phones while playing on the courts.
Absolutely NO coffee, tea or food is allowed on the courts.
No glass bottles.
Non marking tennis shoes only please.
Proper tennis attire is strongly encouraged.
Walking between courts should only occur between point play.
No pets. (Unless it’s a service animal)
